Winston

I would like to introduce you to Winston. Winston is my new car. Epi was great for a time but i decided to trade her in for a car with more comfort, reliability and more space to fill with people. He is a big blessing in my day to day driving around Kigali's roads. And will be fabulous for trips in Rwanda and Uganda. The name was chosen by a good friend who left over the summer and i think the names says 'geek chic'.

The second event of the week was the inaugural Christ's Church Rwanda 5k run. President Kagame once said that 'Others may walk, but we must run'. So CCR went running. We ran before church with guest of honour, the Minister for Local Government, alongside us and then worshiped God together. I managed to run most of the race...considering altitude and Kigali's hills i was proud of myself and most of the fun was running alongside others. However, i was absolutely exhausted and had to lay on the sofa for an hour before my body could function enough to keep me vertical.
